### Digital Product Policy
All purchases of digital products (including the Nonprofit Starter PowerKit and related downloads) are **final and non-refundable** once the file or download link has been delivered.
### Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be granted under the following conditions:
* You were **charged twice** for the same item.
* The download **link or file is corrupted** or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved after support contact.

### Unauthorized Distribution
Reselling, sharing, or redistributing digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
